Celebrate National Indigenous History Month by helping us to expand our collection of Indigenous picture books!
The Canmore Library is seeking donations throughout the month of June that will go towards purchasing more of the recommended titles on the Indigenous picture book list, From Sea to Sea to Sea, which was compiled by the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY).
Donations of any amount are welcome by cash or cheque.
Donations of $20.00 or more are eligible for a tax receipt, and the donor's name (or that of a loved one) will be displayed on a bookplate inside one of the new Indigenous titles that we purchase.
