Storytime is back for our Spring session, and our theme this week will be just that - SPRING! Even though some days it may still feel like Winter in the Bow Valley, Spring has sprung and we're ready to celebrate! This week we'll be playing Nature Bingo. If you have a chance before storytime this week, head outside and explore the nature that can be found in our own backyards. Can you get 4 in a row?! Share what items you were able to find with us during storytime!

Printable pdf of Nature Bingo can be found here.

This week at storytime join Miss Lyndsey and Miss Rhonda for stories, songs and rhymes all about baby animals! This storytime is sure to be filled with adorableness! For our craft today we'll be going over how to make some cute hand & finger print art of mama animals and their little babies! See you at 10:30am!

At today's storytime join Miss Rhonda and Miss Lyndsey for stories, rhymes, and songs all about soggy spring weather! For our craft today we'll be doing a fun painting style where your little one gets to be both the rain and the wind! For this craft we used diluted paint and dropped it onto our paper like rain drops, and then with a straw blew the 'wind' to move the paint around. This project is a ton of fun and allows your little one to experiment with different ways the wind can effect the paint depending on how they use the straw!

The inspiration for todays craft can be found here.

This week at storytime we're reading books, singing songs and sharing rhymes all about gardens and things that grow! For our craft this week, we'll be going over how to make a super simple flower stamp out of a toilet paper tube to make your own flower garden picture. See you at 10:30!

Join Miss Rhonda and Miss Lyndsey for a creepy crawly storytime all about BUGS! For our craft this week we'll be making fingerprint bugs in a jar. You can print out the pdf attachment below for your jar and fill it with fingerprint bugs! If you don't have a printer, you can just draw your jar on a piece of paper. See you at 10:30am!

All you'll need is some paper, scissors, a glue stick and a black (or any color) marker. See you there!
