Library Programs
Preschool Storytime: Three to five year olds
are invited to share a half-hour of stories, songs, puppets and fingerplays.
Held every Wednesday at 2pm.
Books for Babies: This four-week session offered
three times a year is a lapsit storytime that will feature songs, lap games,
books and fingerplays that will entertain and delight babies ages six months
up to two-years. The program will be held on Wednesday at 10am or Thursday
at 2pm in the fall. Space is limited so please call to register.
Wiggle Time: An active storytime for walking
babies up to the age of two, this program features songs, rhymes and activ
games. Held in the fall. Space is limited so please call to register.
Tales for Twos: This program features songs,
rhymes and fun perfect for any two-year old. This five-week session is
offered two times a year on Wednesday or Friday mornings from 10:30 to
11:00. The next session is in the fall. Space is limited so please call
to register.
CLUE U Summer Reading Program: Summer is one
of our busiest times at the Library! The Summer Reading Game is a
chance for children of all ages and their families to discover lots of
new books to read! All children are invited to enrol in Clue U this summer.
Clue U, established in 1416, is the oldest spy university in the
world (You've just never heard of us before). Kids sharpen their spy skills,
fine tune their fact finding, bone up on their crime calculations, attempt
weekly feats of grossness, go on scavenger hunts, play games, and receive
weekly prizes! Registration for Clue U’s top secret missions begin Wednesday
June 21st and the game runs all summer. Information is available from any
staff member at the Library.
